What to expect...
Not all assessments are the same or require the same number of visits; however, here is the most common route.
- Ask your pediatrician to send us a referral via fax (888) 268- 4808, self-paid visits may have exceptions.
- Give us a call two business days after referral request to pediatrician to (915) 270 - 8057, for scheduling your appointment. This time is for the pediatrician to send referral and our system to receive it, another way is to send us an email with your insurance card, ID of insurance owner and referral to: documents@growingtogetherelpaso.com
- After scheduling your appointment, you may be asked to complete forms and/or questionnaires to be returned at your earliest convenience but prior to your first visit.
- On your first visit we will review the information and listen to your concerns or school concerns to initiate a plan.
- On your second visit the child will complete tests, questionnaires or tasks in order to evaluate the concerns from the first visit.
- On your third visit results will be ready and reviewed with you, along with a plan, when applicable.
- Follow-up meetings will be scheduled for 1, 3, 6, 9 months or 1yr depending on the plan.
